We are unable to issue you a certificate as this is a medical emergency. Call 000 or seek medical attention immediately.

Will you see a doctor or seek medical attention if your symptoms do not improve or get worse within 24 hours?

We are unable to issue you a certificate. If your symptoms persist or get worse then medical attention must be sought.
